Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES)

Welcome to HOMES Scheme Agent Portal!

HOMES, the Household Means Eligibility System, is a Government system supporting public schemes in their conduct of means-tests as part of their assessment in determining the level of assistance for them. Scheme Agents may use this Portal to submit requests or retrieve information to assess eligibility of citizens and applicants for the public schemes which they are administering.

You will need a Corppass account with Singpass 2FA authentication* to login to HOMES Scheme Agent Portal.
If you do not have a Corppass account,
please approach your Agency’s Corppass Administrator or Corppass (www.corppass.gov.sg) for help.
For other login difficulties, please drop us an email at HOMES_Ops@moh.gov.sg. * From 11 April 2021, you will be required to login to government digital services for business (G2B) using Singpass instead of Corppass.

Key Functions in HOMES

Submitting a MT Request (estimated to take 10 – 15 min). This will require
1. Identities and consents of the applicant and his household/ family members;
2. Information relevant to the means-test, if any e.g. changes to income, unique family relationship circumstances;
3. Any supporting documents e.g. application forms, consent forms, you wish to attach to the request (in .pdf,.jpg,.png,.gif,.jpeg of file size no more than 5MB each).
Retrieval of information (single query) (estimated to take no more than 3 min). This will require the Identity of the applicant to enquire.
Retrieval of information (bulk query) (estimated to take 1 to 2 days, after the relevant approval). This will require
1. Identities of the applicants you would like to enquire;
2. Approval from the relevant Scheme-appointed officer.

You would be informed when the results are ready.
